Ordering & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak periods or promotions, processing time may be slightly extended. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock but available for advance purchase. The estimated shipping date will be stated on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, they may be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise specified.

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as selected digital payment options such as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Available methods may vary depending on your location.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to update your shipping details. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Yes, we ship to selected international destinations. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to monitor the delivery status of your package in real time.

We offer standard and express shipping options. Available methods and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your location. Shipping fees will also be calculated accordingly.

Returns & Refunds

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review product details, sizing information, and images carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

If your item is damaged during delivery, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order and provide your order number along with clear photos of the damage. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for you at no additional cost, including covering the delivery fee.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos. We will review the case and arrange a replacement where applicable.

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed. Once processing has started, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
